experience in the design, development and manufacturing of medical and
electrosurgical instruments. Mr. Nardella holds more than 20 patents related
with RF and several others dealing with the medical industry. Mr.
Nardella held positions of influence in the product development
programs of such companies as Boston Scientific Corp. and Johnson &
Johnson and is now a director of Medical Scientific, Inc.
